Vector Consulting along its vast 30 year experience, has supervised and specialized in developing projects in transformation industries, following the clients’ needs, searching for continuous improvement, always focused in acting upon the base of the company, be in processes, people, technology, methodology or proceedings.
The work has a transformation aspect and thus, we use an approach that involves the collaborators with focus on the habilitation for concepts of identifying, managing and generating actions aiming to eliminate wastes in the search for the concise production.
